Through interactive activities and discussions, you will leave feeling more connected to yourself and ready to embrace your inner beauty. We will be engaging in Mirror Work based on the book by Louise Hay and including other self care meditations and relaxation techniques.
This is a 4 week workshop starting Tuesday, March 18th at 9am and will continue for 4 weeks.
