This pajama-party-meets-self-care morning will include a gentle guided meditation focused on body acceptance and self-compassion, followed by reflective journaling in a warm, judgment-free space. We’ll be leaning into softness, rest, and kindness—toward our bodies, our minds, and ourselves.
Co-hosted with The Gratitude Practice, Very Good Shop, and our Body Kind community, this event is all about slowing down and letting yourself be held by cozy energy and good company. Expect face masks, comfy vibes, and delicious locally made heart cake pops—because self-love should be sweet and fun too 💗
