The "I Trust & Follow My Inner-Guidance" Chakra Sound Bath will begin with a short class about the Third Eye Chakra and will include a relaxing performance of special sound healing instruments that are tuned to specific healing frequencies that naturally bring a sacred balance to the heart, mind, spirit and body!
