Great news! Our Self-Love group has returned! Starting February 10th, 2026, the group will be meeting weekly in-person at our Lexington office starting at 5:30pm. Our address is 501 Darby Creek Road, Suite 39A, Lexington, KY 40509. We've rearranged our space to have more room for groups.This psychoeducational group will be led by students and staff who are passionate about helping people learn to love themselves so that they may live a happy, authentic life. Our students need hours and experience for school. Your participation will support them on their educational journey.
We use the Self-Love Rainbow Workbook for this group. You can find it on Amazon if you wish to follow along with your own copy of the workbook.
The group is free and open to the community. Whether you are new to the group or wanting to return, you are welcome here. If you are ready to love yourself more, in a healthy way, please join us!
