For the 5th year running, we present the Self Love Festival for women of colour only!
NEW VENUE: BRIGHTON DOME Foyer Bar and Founders Room
The Women of Colour Brighton group is a vibrant and growing network of over 1500 members in Brighton and beyond, run by passionate volunteers. Our lively private Facebook group is the go-to place for sharing resources and job opportunities.
We've got an amazing mix of women, from those new to Brighton to professionals like lawyers, CEOs, business owners, students, DJs, therapists, poets, and performers. Our members work in various fields, including the creative, digital, and charity sectors. We meet up monthly to support, inspire, and connect women of colour (Black, brown, Asian, Arab, mixed, and Indigenous), especially those who might feel isolated or face racism.
Every year, we throw a free Self-Love Festival for women of colour only. Expect amazing food, yoga, singing, and poetry workshops—all led by our members. There's no other space like ours in Brighton for women of colour, including non-binary and trans women of colour. Join our community and feel the energy!
