The Self Love Experience is a tender, powerful space for women who are ready to transform their relationship with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner world. This isn’t just about self care it’s about soul care: returning to your truest self through deep healing, connection, and embodiment.
This 4 hour healing journey will be a safe and supportive journey for you to learn tools that you will take home with you to support you in everyday life.
This workshop will also support and hold you to deeply meet yourself in a breath work journey using the BBTRS (Biodynamic Breathwork + Trauma Release System).
You will be supported and guided to come home to your heart and held through your experience to heal and release whatever it is you're holding onto.
This experience is for women to gather together in community and share a space that is deeply nourishing for the soul.
