An evening to soften, to sink, to be gently guided back into yourself.
Lorna will begin with a slow, nourishing yoga flow, inviting the body to unwind and the breath to deepen, before easing into restorative shapes that support deep rest.
From here, Sarah Mannion will guide into Yoga Nidra - a state of conscious rest where the body sleeps, the mind quietens, and something deeper listens. The space is held by the resonant tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, their vibrations moving through the body like waves, creating a sense of harmony, spaciousness and calm.
Cacao is offered as a heart-opening ritual - a gentle companion for the journey inward, supporting presence, connection and a remembering of the love that already lives within you.
This is an evening for stillness and sensation.

Lorna May Loves is a yoga teacher and therapist, guiding slow, nourishing yoga flows that soften into restorative rest. Her teaching invites a gentle return to the body, creating space to slow down, soften and reconnect with the love, safety and ease that already live within.
Sarah Mannion is a sound practitioner based in North Devon. Drawing on her own journey of slowing down and listening deeply, she works with Himalayan and crystal singing bowls to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and inner calm. Sarah’s sound journeys create a spacious, grounding environment for deep relaxation.
