February is all about love, let's celebrate it through practing self love! Join me for Self Love Cacao Ceremony at The Karma House. I will take you on a heart-opening experience through intention setting, journaling, movement, breathwork, meditation connection exercises, ceremonial cacao and sound bath. lndulge in the magic of cacao as we gather to celebrate self-love and inner healing. Come ready to connect with yourself and others in a safe, non-discriminatory and nurturing space. The focus of this ceremony is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance and most importantly self-love. Embrace this opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul.
I would kindly ask everyone to bring their own mug for this ceremony to reduce waste and also enable connection to your energy of love. If you would like to be extra comfy during the sound bath I invite you to bring your own pillows/blankets.
