Come for an afternoon experience filled heart strong activities to set you up for success!
Start the afternoon with a dynamic warm up led by Rise RSP and learn about the importance of functional activations from a physical therapy perspective. Next you will take an invigorating boxing class from the Title team (all levels welcome) and wrap up the event with Envision Sports Fuel importance of taking care of your heart health, while also fueling for athletic performance. Lynne will present on the importance of balancing sodium intake, incorporating healthy fats, increasing intake of whole grains, and portion control. If you want to work with Lynne after the event, she will review laboratory tests that measure cardiac health and touch on inflammatory-reducing supplements.
