Through guided intention setting, you'll connect with your heart center, grounding your self-love intentions deep within. We'll then move into a deeply relaxing Reiki-infused meditation, allowing any lingering stagnant energy or tension to dissolve, leaving you feeling lighter, softer, and renewed.
