This 90 min sound bath with hands on Reiki energy healing will provide you deep soul nourishment —Release past grievances and feel the vibrations of warmth, comfort, and love to cultivate a healthy balance of give & take within your heart.

EVENT DETAILS:
Parking: There is free street parking
Entrance: Go up the stairs at ‘The Enterprise Center’ (TO THE LEFT OF ANYTIME FITNESS), take your first left, then walk straight down the hall to the studio on your right
WHAT TO BRING:
-Yoga mat (please contact us directly if you need to reserve one to rent for $5)
-Blanket
-Pillow/cushion (recommended for extra comfort)
-Eye covering (optional)
-Wear comfy clothing
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund
*Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in. Doors open at 6:50pm. The session starts at 7pm and we cannot let you in once the sound bath has begun (No refunds for latecomers).
YOUR GUIDE FOR THIS SESSION:
Stephanie Bowman is a certified vibrational & energetic practitioner. Her main areas of focus are Sound and Reiki healing with intuitive guidance through tarot with the aim to guide her clients back to alignment.
She believes in ‘healing from the heart,’ and intends to make that her mission with everything she offers including several healing modalities to benefit her clients physically, mentally and spiritually. Stephanie found sound healing along her journey to finding true wellness and now makes it her mission to share the gift of sound and all its benefits with her clients.
