Join us this February for Self-Love & Belonging: Cultivating Your Leadership Foundation, a transformative workshop designed to empower you with the tools to lead authentically, amplify your impact, and create lasting connections.

This workshop provides a safe and inclusive space for gay and queer men of color, particularly gay, bisexual, and queer men of color, to share their experiences, connect with peers, and cultivate the inner strength necessary for effective leadership.

Many of us gay men of color experience unique challenges, including the pressure to constantly prove our worth, which leads to feeling isolated, burnt out, and like an imposter.

This workshop addresses these challenges by emphasizing that true leadership begins with self-acceptance, self-compassion, and a strong sense of belonging.

By prioritizing your well-being, you create the space for abundance and growth, both personally and professionally.

In this workshop, you will:

Reflect on your core values and how they shape your leadership style
Identify your unique strengths and learn how to leverage them for greater impact
Challenge self-sabotaging tendencies and negative self-talk that contribute to imposter syndrome
Engage in guided visualization exercises to envision a future where self-care is prioritized
Build connections with other gay and queer men of color and create accountability partnerships to support your growth
