The session starts with some simple breathwork to help you settle in, then you will lie down and rest, allowing the harmonious sounds of the 7 chakra Tibetan singing bowls to bring balance and reset to your body.
We close the session by letting the oracle cards bring you insightful messages that your soul wants you to know, and guide your path towards self-love and discovery.
