Together we’ll explore how overextending, people-pleasing, & abandoning your needs under pressure can disconnect you from the version of yourself you’re becoming & what shifts when you begin honoring yourself instead. Through guided reflection, intentional conversation, movement, & community, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your needs, boundaries, desires, & emotional truth in a way that supports both your healing & your expansion.
