About this Event
Join us for an intimate, embodied exploration of presence and awareness—through the practice of Self-Inquiry (ātma-vichāra) offered in pairs.
Inspired by Sri Ramana Maharshi’s teachings, we explore the most direct path to Self-realization by tracing the sense of “I” back to its source. No belief or tradition is required—just your presence.
In a simple yet profound method, we turn attention inward: noticing thoughts or sensations, asking "To whom has this arisen?"—then returning to the core question, "Who am I?"
In pairs, participants alternate roles as Witness and Inquiree, holding space for one another to enter into deeper presence. The container of mutual support amplifies insight, presence, and openness.
Each session includes:
• A brief orientation and practice guidance
• Multiple 15- to 20-minute dyadic sessions with silent reflection
• Gentle switching between roles
• Group integration and sharing (optional)
