This unique culinary event, to be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday, September 14, at the Mohs Barn, in Winterset, IA, will be an unforgettable evening of fresh, seasonal food that celebrates local agriculture and global impact.
Chef Katie Porter, owner of Seasonal Palate, will present a three-course menu that highlights sweet potatoes and corn—staple crops of Ghana and Nicaragua, the regions in which Self-Help International contributes to global food security efforts.
