Welcome to the Self-empowerment Series 3.0 Self-healing event! Join us for a day filled with emotinal healing and growth as we dive into the power of self-healing. Be guided through a multiple activities to overcome challenges, boost confidence, and unleash your inner strength.
Connect with like-minded individuals and embark on a journey towards self-empowerment in a safe space. This event will take place at Feld & Co on Sat May 11 2024 starting at 09:00 AM AWST.
The event begins with a unique greek plate smashing experience to recognise the old and welcome new healthy love and habits. Following this a guided sound healing and meditation session will be facilitate by Hannah Morcombe from "inner glow guides".
Through out the event you will have an oppurtunity to send anonymous questions around all areas of wellness, mental illness, and mental health. These questions will be addressed at the end of the meditation in a panel discussion format. Panel facilitators will be from areas of mental illness lived experience.
