Held on the first Sunday of every month, we gather as a community to explore our innate potential to self heal by tapping into the pure universal life force within and around us with Reiki healing and Yoga Nidra meditation. Set intentions for the new month as we let go of energies that no longer align.

Reiki is the pure energy of the universe, a healing art, an empowered self healing tool and a path of self discovery. Reiki taps into the life force around and in you to awaken us to a life of authenticity, meaning and purpose. In this session, all are invited to receive energy healing and self empowerment. This is followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation that offers added support to integrate the Reiki energy, for rest and awakening. The accompaniment of sound from singing bowls and gongs may sometimes be incorporated.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that leads you on a journey to the self, where we find our true nature embodied in love and wholeness. By using techniques such as breath and body sensing, the practice offers deep relaxation while entering into a quiet yet receptive state of mind where we meet our ground of wellbeing, a space to reveal and release. Yoga Nidra has been proven to support deep rest, stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain management and even trauma such as PTSD. It has been proven to be a powerful self healing tool for a vibrant wholesome life.
