Self-Esteem + Self-Care Workshop

HELLO ETOBICOKE! BEAYOUTIFUL IS BACK THIS FEBRUARY FOR A FUN AND INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP!
Join us for an empowering afternoon designed to help girls build confidence, celebrate self-esteem, positive body image and learn the power of practicing self-care! This interactive workshop will be led by our amazing team and inspiring volunteer mentors who are passionate about helping youth feel seen, heard and supported. Through engaging activities, group discussions and creative expression, participants will leave feeling uplifted, connected and more confident in who they are.
This workshop is perfect for girls and non-binary youth ages 10 to 13 who are ready to grow, shine, make some new friends, and continue their self-love journey!
