Leighton Moss is home to the largest reedbed in NW England. It has a spectacular range of wildlife including Otters, Red Deer, Harriers, Bitterns and Egrets. It has been awarded a Visit England Gold Award. The visit will include a talk about the reserve and the work of the RSPB, a guided reserve walk and an activity e.g. pond dipping Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be served on arrival.
