Self Discovery workshop

This is a gently guided, experiential day designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore your voice as a pathway for wellbeing.
You don’t need to know how to sing, and you don’t need any prior experience with voice or sound. Everything is guided, optional and meets you exactly where you are.
We begin by arriving slowly into the space, grounding the body and setting intentions for the day. You’ll be guided to settle your nervous system, connect with your breath and come into the body.
We will explore the voice as a means to let go of tension, soften self-judgement and open authentic expression.
The day includes:
* Breath awareness and grounding practices.
* Simple vocal exercises.
* Gentle movement & embodied exploration.
* Guided meditations and inner listening.
* Time for reflection, journaling and drawing.
* Group & individual experiences, held in a safe & respectful way.
There is space to express and space to rest. Some parts of the day are active, others are deeply relaxing and receptive.
After lunch the afternoon moves into deeper listening, authentic voice, and a closing Sound Journey to support relaxation, healing and integration.
You are encouraged to listen to your body and work at your own pace. Sharing is optional, and there is no pressure to perform or sound a certain way.
Many people leave feeling:
* more grounded and centered.
* calmer in their body and mind.
* clearer in their expression.
* more connected to themselves.
* gently reset and nourished.
Investment is $150 for the day and your space is secured with a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Please bring a light lunch, yoga mat, blanket/sarong, pillow, notebook, pen, drawing tools & plenty of water to drink.
Please wear comfy clothing as this is an active & passive workshop with both movement & stillness.
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.
