This Foundations Series is a supportive introduction to the core movement styles offered at Humane Yoga — designed for beginners, returners, and anyone wanting to feel more confident in their body.
Each week focuses on a different style, with clear guidance on how to move safely, modify poses, and choose practices that suit your body and energy.
This series is ideal if you:
- Are new to yoga or Pilates
- Are returning after time away
- Want to understand which styles suit you
- Prefer small groups and personalised guidance
- Want to move with confidence and care
