The Self-Discovery Unleashed! 7-step nature-based self-improvement journey takes place over 4 Saturdays (see dates below).
Group size is limited to 3 - 7 individuals seeking a path to authenticity. All sessions incorporate nature immersion activities, empowering you to grow in synergy with the natural world.
During your self-discovery journey you will explore:
✔️ Step 1: What's not working for you & how to rebuild your life.
✔️ Step 2: What you hold close & dear and how to use core values to stay in alignment with your Truth.
✔️ Step 3: Limitations & how to remove them.
✔️ Step 4: Healthier ways to face difficult life challenges (no more self-sabotaging!)
✔️ Step 5: Psychological projection & how to embrace your Shadow self.
✔️ Step 6: Powerful questions and how to take responsibility for your freedom.
✔️ Step 7: How to define your purpose & how to create a personal vision statement.
Jam-packed with practical self-empowerment tools and activities, this 7-step retreat empowers you to own your space and take back your personal power.
Each session includes worksheets, meditation, and nature connection activities to cultivate self-awareness. Additional 1:1 support is available, in between sessions, either online or in-person. The cost for these support sessions is R200/session.
Dates: Saturdays - 14 March (Steps 1 & 2), 28 March (Steps 3 & 4), 11 April (Steps 5 & 6)), 25 April (Step 7 & celebration lunch)
Time: 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (arrive from 8.30 am to enjoy a welcome cup of coffee/tea & rusks)
