Join us for an engaging and practical Self-Defense Workshop designed to help you feel more confident and prepared in everyday life. Under the guidance of professional martial arts instructors, you’ll learn simple, effective techniques you can use to protect yourself and stay safe.

This interactive session will cover:

• Practical moves for real-life situations
• Ways to boost your awareness and confidence
• Tips on staying safe in different environments

Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or looking to refresh your skills, this workshop is a supportive and welcoming space for everyone.

Open to ages 16+. No experience needed.

✅ Please wear comfortable, loose clothing for the session.
