Join Our Self Defense Seminar!
Ready to boost your confidence and learn some cool moves? Our in-person seminar will teach you practical self defense skills to keep you safe in everyday situations. No experience needed—just bring yourself and a positive attitude! It's hands-on, fun, and super empowering. Don't miss out on this chance to get stronger and smarter about your personal safety.
Our instructor has over 30 years of experience in self defense and can't wait to share her knowledge and expertise. We will be covering real life self defense techniques and scenarios to help you stay safe. Please see the information below to help you make the most out of this free session.
- Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing (any clothing that is well suited for a comfortable range of motion, workout wear is perfect).
- If you do not have indoor soft-soled training shoes, you will work out with bare feet. Socks are welcome, but you will find them very slippery.
- A personal water bottle is suggested for your own comfort.
- Please arrive at least ten minutes early to find parking and sign our participation/insurance waiver.
- If you cannot make this event, please let us know so we may accommodate someone else if needed.
- We are locate at 4 Elton Street next to 34 Elton St. You will find our entrance to the right of Fiamma Centro (restaurant) through the parking lot.
