Join us in an afternoon with Jessica Newton (Coharie and Waccamaw-Siouan) to learn the importance of self-defense and practice simple moves that will keep you prepared! This class is open to women 16 & older who are members of TNAS. There are 15 spots open and once those 15 are filled all other participants will be added to a waitlist.
