What is our concept and what we are going to do?
This workshop is designed to help you discover and connect with yourself in fun, meaningful ways. Blending concepts of well-being, communication, self-acceptance, self commitment and somatic practices, this workshop offers a rich toolbox of playful and deep exercises. Ideal for anyone curious about self-discovery. This two-hour workshop offers a window into the centre of yourself to help you discover what matters to you.
What do you need to bring with you?
Yoga mat, water, comfortable warm clothes, notebook and pen.

Ages from 17 and up. No prior skills are required!
Who is Aminta Paiz?
Aminta Paiz is a captivating speaker, storyteller, and artist deeply invested in exploring what it means to be human. Inspired by psychology, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Improv, and somatic practices, she brings a rich tapestry of knowledge to her work.
As a dedicated facilitator who has been trained in Improv and NVC, she has become a prominent voice in the realms of self-expression and self-exploration. Her journey from a rough upbringing in Guatemala, through trauma and isolation, led her to discover profound inner resources. This personal transformation fuels her passion for inspiring others to connect with themselves and discover their unique paths to fulfilment.
Her diverse body of work has been showcased on TV, in art shows, on billboards, and in magazines. She has also shared her insights at women's conferences and schools, always emphasising the importance of self-connection. Now, she offers one-on-one sessions and group workshops, believing that self-connection is the cornerstone of a meaningful life. Through her art, writing, and speaking, she continues to help others find themselves, bringing profound meaning to her own life.
