At the self-care yoga retreat day you will:-
- Discover simple ways to set healthy boundaries.
- Recharge your batteries.
- Experience deep rest and relaxation.
- Explore ways to be kinder to yourself.
- Pick up simple daily self-care rituals.
We know setting healthy boundaries is key to conserving our energy but we might struggle to put them in place which can leave us feeling drained.
In this retreat we'll explore simple ways to set healthy boundaries without feeling guilty. The day is made up of yoga and embodied practices discussing ideas and time for reflection. We'll pause for a nourishing lunch break and end the day to absorb all the goodness with a guided deep relaxation.
10:00-16:30 Sunday 5th May Swansea Wellbeing Centre.
