Self Care Sundays: June Event

Celebrate the summer solstice with us.
Marking the second half of the year, the solstice is a time of happiness, success and joy ~ the sun's energies are at their most active and it's a time that represents strength, courage and hope ~ a time to embrace the light.
Join us for an afternoon of drum journeying, movement, meditation and magical incense making.

Our Self Care Sundays are a gentle class, open to all.

The little details:

• Tickets cost £22.22 + booking fee

• Light refreshments will be offered to you on your journey

• Bring a blanket, and whatever else you need to make you feel comfortable

• Self Care Sundays will take place in Studio 1 at The Bluecoat, take the lift to the first floor and we'll meet you there
