About this Event
Self-Care Sunday is a two-hour sacred practice of embodiment and care. Rooted in Forrest Yoga, we’ll move slowly and intentionally, using breath, strength, and deep sensation to clear stagnant energy and return to what is real in the body. This is a practice of feeling, listening, and reclaiming space within yourself.
From there, we will move into a guided Tropic Skincare Ritual, an intimate ceremony of nourishment and conscious touch, honouring the skin as a living boundary between your inner and outer worlds.
We will close with stillness and soften into a smoothing meditation, allowing the body to relax and receive any insights that wish to arise.
This Self Care Sunday ritual is designed to fill you up at the deepest level, restoring vitality, clarity, and resilience for the weeks and month ahead. A sacred pause to remember yourself.
“Self care is far more important than doing nice things for yourself. It’s about preserving your resources and keeping yourself safe. I like to think about it as self-preservation.” Anna Mathur
I couldn’t agree more and I look forward to joining you on the mat.
