Self-Care Sunday | The Gateway to Gratitude - A Journaling Workshop

This 90 - 120 minute workshop is aimed at members and guests who want to learn how the practice of gratitude and combining it with journaling can be life changing.

During our time together, members and guests will come away with:

• science and data benefits of a gratitude practice
• styles and types of gratitude journaling so participants can explore different options to fit their needs
• practice gratitude journaling with prompts/exercises in the workshop
• be encouraged to participate through sharing, asking questions, adding

their own thoughts and comments to thoroughly immerse themselves in the content

Each participant will leave with their own journal, a list of resources and the knowledge to confidently start a ritual of a gratitude journaling practice.

My name is Richelle Brigola, and I specialize in helping women in midlife rediscover their magic.

As both a life coach and licensed beauty professional of over 30 years, I find joy in guiding others to feel their most confident self from the inside out. Gratitude, along with journaling has created a profound, positive shift in my own life and that is why I am passionate about sharing my story and knowledge. Because of this, I truly believe that gratitude is the gateway to transforming all areas of your life in the most beautiful way.
