Self-Care Sunday: Breathwork, Reiki, and Dancing in the Park!

Hello beautiful souls!

Are you in need of a reset for your mind, body, and spirit? You are invited to join us on Sunday, September 22nd from 1-3pm at our Self-Care Sunday: Breathwork, Reiki, and Dancing Event in Kate Sessions Park in San Diego! The event cost is $44. Venmo @Vanessa-Farrior to register ahead or time, or feel free to just show up and pay at the event!

We'll connect with nature and our inner selves as we move together through movement and a guided breathwork session paired with Reiki energy healing. All are welcome! Come solo or grab your bestie or partner to join in on the fun. Dogs are also welcome!

This journey is a wonderful opportunity to release stress, relax, and embrace the healing energy of the sun. 🌞You'll recharge your mind, body, and spirit in the beautiful surroundings of the park, and leave with a smile on your face and lovely new connections. This event will be extra special as we will be sending off the wonderful Vanessa as she prepares to move to Arizona! (But do not worry - she will be back frequently and our events will continue :) ).
