Self-Care Sundays Series is an event series to celebrate community, care and creativity. It is more than a gathering-- it’s a movement towards personal and collective growth right here in St. Louis.

All events are FAMILY-FRIENDLY and we encourage bringing the whole crew.

Retail Therapy: Explore local businesses with products, services, and food tailored to your wellness journey.

Group Discussions: Let’s get into it! Join our live recorded discussions about living well and embracing community care.
