Self-Care Social with The Mindful Meetup

One of our greatest gifts as human beings is our ability to co-regulate and co-create community.

Even greater of a gift may be our ability to do so consciously. Our "Self-Care Social" is a RESTshop—an experiential opportunity to do exactly that—where all are invited to rest deeply, explore self-care practices and be in community.

You can expect to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive, safe and empowering environment, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired to prioritize self-care in your daily life.

WHAT YOU GET:

• Pre-RESTshop reflection questions + exercises
• An experiential introduction to Polyvagal Theory
• 4 hours of being in community
• 1 hour of mindful movement (yoga)
• 1 hour of community activities
• 30 minutes of meditation
