Class is heated between 80-90 degrees. Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a yoga mat. Yoga mats can be rented for $5.

(Mota Thai Yoga is located at 416 W. Huron Street, across from the YMCA. Mota Thai Yoga shares a parking lot with several businesses including the Yellow Barn. You can park in the parking lot in front of the studio. Look for black door #22 with a red Mayan calendar.)
