The session is led by Sarit Sela, a First Degree Black Belt Nia instructor who has been sharing her love of Nia in Gainesville since 2011. Sarit brings a sensory-based, inclusive approach that invites participants to move with awareness, freedom, and joy in a welcoming atmosphere. Open to all ages and body abilities.
Time: 10-11 a.m.
