Hotel Indigo Helsinki-Boulevard and Paola’s Wellness have put together a Self-Care Retreat in the city center. It includes yoga, meditation, steam and Finnish sauna, a stayover at the hotel, and a healthy breakfast buffet. A late checkout has been organized.
The whole event has been planned thinking of all women multitasking or who want to take time for themself and their well-being.
The retreat will be on 19.1.-20.1. we are starting at 15:00 on Friday and ending with a late checkout at 14:00 on Saturday.

Classes are held in English. Bring your mat.
For a private room, the price is 207€
For a twin room, the price is 336€ for 2 people (168€ per person)
(Price includes hotel stay with breakfast buffet and the other activities, the dinner is not included).

Limited places: a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 12 people.
