Self-Care Group Keeping It Together (KIT)

Participants meet at the AAFS South Clubhouse, on the fourth Monday of the month. Leave your worries at home and join us for a night of self care! Each of these meetings will introduce a new self-care topic. This is an adult only meeting, potluck is always fun and optional.
