A self-care group for moms of children, youth or adults on the Autism Spectrum.About this Event
Participants meet at the AAFS South Clubhouse, on the fourth Monday of the month. Leave your worries at home and join us for a night of self care! Each of these meetings will introduce a new self-care topic. This is an adult only meeting, potluck is always fun and optional.
