About this Event
In this session, you’ll learn how to cut fabric, sew your own eye mask, and fill it with rice. You can also customise your mask by adding fragrant lavender, calming chamomile, or a mix of both.
Your handmade eye mask can be heated or cooled, offering versatility depending on your needs. Use it to soothe tired eyes, aid relaxation, or relieve stress. With a variety of recycled fabric patterns to choose from, this workshop offers a sustainable way to craft while working on your fine motor skills. Guidance will be provided by Yellow and Green, making this experience accessible for all skill levels.
Lavender, known for its calming properties, is a wonderful addition to your creation. Whether you choose to hug it, sniff it, shake it, or place it over your eyes, this lavender-filled mask is a tool for relaxation, comfort, and self-care. Lavender is often used to help with depression, insomnia, anxiety, and pain relief – its benefits are truly endless!
Come and craft your own lavender pack and explore how you can use it to bring calm and wellness into your life.
