About this Event
Self Care for Wellbeing Practitioners
This event will have a circle format and three fantastic contributors:
- Saghar Amozgar will talk to us about 'Holistic Self Care: Tools to Look After Mind, Body and Spirit' Saghar is a Well-Being Coach,Based on Ayurveda, Yoga, and Psychology
- Lillian Pilgrim will bring 'Caring for Your Well-Being as a Therapist: A Holistic Approach' Liillian is an Integrative Counsellor who specialises in Family Constellation Therapy.
- Gen Chonyi will lead us in a Guided Meditation. Chonyi is a Kadampa Buddist nun and has been a resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre in Exeter since 2005.
The itinary is as follows:
12.30 - 12.45: Arrival registration and settling time, take a seat when you are ready
