Join author and body neutral health and fitness coach, Andrea Troughton for a workshop dedicated to nurturing and connecting with your body.
Who it's for:
- Busy, burnt out, or over-stimulated, women who are are sick of the same old approach to fitness and wellness
- All bodies are welcome - we have done our best to make this event inclusive, but please reach out if you have questions, concerns, or require any accomodations.
What to expect:
- A guided mindful movement practice designed to promote greater mind-body connection and improved mobility
- The tools and opportunity to create a movement practice that is sustainable and enjoyable for you
- An open and honest discussion about food, eating, and emotions, and how you can reduce your stress around food AND fuel your body effectively
- Delicious catered lunch from local eatery, The Moth Cafe
- Gentle, restorative yoga taught by special guest Becca Lee
- Coffee, conversation, and connection
Tickets include coffee, snacks, and lunch.
There is free parking avalable on site - don't forget to register your plate
