Join us for ceremony were guide the power of love through our hearts.Welcome to Breathwork for the Heart event at Shala Ashtanga Yoga Centre! Join us on Sun, Feb 23, 2025 at 3:00 PM for an afternoon of Conciouse Connect Breathwork and heart expanding journies.
This in-person event will take place at our serene yoga center, where you can relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Experience the power of your breath as you connect with your heart center, release things that no longer serve you and create space for JOY
You will surronded by llike minded souls, and held in space where you are allowed to feel brave, in fact we encourage it. Know that this is a space of love and full acceptence.
Blanks and matts witl be provides, however bring if there is are other items that provide you comfort during ceremomy you are welcome to bring them.
We recommend mot eating for 1.5 -2 hrs before hand as we will be building internal heat.
There will be tea a small snack after ceremony.
We recommend what, journal, eye masks are always popular. There will be aromatherapy and gentle touch, for energnic movement. Should touch not feel aligned for you, please let us know upon arriveal and we will be sure respect your resquests.
There will be an oracle card offerring with purchase.
