Tandem cold plunging is not only fun, but also deeply intimate—engaging the same neurochemical pathways as romantic love. Ally will guide you both through grounding and breathing techniques to make this empowering experience safe, meaningful, and unforgettable.
• Private 30-Minute Infrared Sauna Session
  Cozy up in your own private infrared sauna to warm up and wind down after the plunge. Detoxify, relax, and prepare for a long night of rest or romance.

Her approach blends science and sensuality, showing couples how to deepen their bond while prioritizing pleasure and wellbeing. This evening is designed to help you feel safe, seen, and deeply connected to your partner.
