Have you ever been curious about how your energy works and how you can best care for yourself energetically & spiritually? Human Design is a modality that creates an energetic blueprint to show you how your unique energy shows up in the world. Come learn how to tap into your Inner Knowing to cultivate self care practices that are nourishing and healing for your unique energy!
What to expect: We will be starting the evening off with a group activity to get everyone grounded, connected and present. Kayla will then talk about Human Design -- What is Human Design? Why use Human Design? What is Inner Authority and discussing the different types. Jessica will then talk about self care and how to determine what type of self care is nourishing versus sabotaging. We will then give journal prompts for each participant to go deeper on understanding what self care means to them! Kayla will then lead a meditation on how to tap into your own Inner Authority. After tapping into our Inner Authority we will then create our own unique self care list based on what is best for each of us! We will be getting creative here so feel free to bring anything you want to use to decorate your list! We will wrap up with time to connect and share!
What to wear: Dress comfortably!
What to bring: Pen, paper or journal, water bottle, your Human Design Chart (If you don't have your chart bring your birth time, birth date and place of birth so we can look up your chart together at the start of the event)

Jessica Bio: Jessica is a Holistic Wellness Coach and 200 RYT Yoga Instructor. She is passionate about guiding others on how to prioritize themselves through self care and daily mindfulness practices. Specializing in mindset shifts, routine and how to create a balanced life.
