This isn’t your traditional book club – we’ll be diving into Self-Care for Chingonas, a powerful guide celebrating resilience, self-love, and cultural roots.Alongside reading and discussion, we’ll explore self-care activities like yoga, sand tray exploration, junk journaling, and other practices designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
