Join us for a seasonal self care, multi modality session with the Shasta Yoga Wellness Therapy practitioner collective. Each will offer a specific technique that helps stimulate a “rest, digest and heal” response and balance the nervous system. Bring home ways to honor and self nourish as well as foster physical and mental resilience. As the holidays approach and seasonal stressors impact the body and mind, we can draw upon specific tools and practices to support optimal care for our nervous system and overall well-being. Amy Cooper - Breathe to Balance Energy: Specific pranayama to support self awareness, vitality and mental calm
Aiyisha Castillo - Nerve Flossing: Simple nerve mobilization exercises to help decrease body inflammation and pain
Janet Scott - Body Talk Access; Balance the hemispheres of the brain, hydration and body chemistry
Gretchen Gerlitz - Self Reflexology: Learn basic pressure points to stimulate the body's innate ability to heal itself
