You are cordially invited to a special Morning Mindfulness* event with Damaris, our local Holistic Practitioner, at the Mount Shasta resort in the upstairs Banquet Room on Sunday, December 8th from 10AM-12PM.This will be a beautiful opportunity to learn more about the Mind-Body-Spirit connection, how to relax and calm the nervous system, opening ourselves to higher wisdom that goes beyond the distractions of our daily lives, activating our senses in a deeper way that brings forth the highest version of who we ARE.
These practices help us to shift our inner World, which then positively reflects in our outer reality 💫
Damaris has dedicated her entire life to Spiritual development, and can intimately & intuitively connect to her audience, delivering the precise information needed to help expand their mind and bring healing energy to every aspect of their Being.
