Join the Dose of Travel Club for a Sunday afternoon prioritizing self-care with restorative yoga and meditation led by Omi Jikaria. Unwind with restorative yoga the first 40 minutes followed by 20 minutes of meditation. Afterwards, mingle and get to know some new people. DOTC Ambassador Raneem Elsayed will host!

Omika Jikaria is a yoga and meditation teacher, reiki energy healing practitioner, dancer, and business strategy consultant based in New York City. She is passionate about enabling people to cultivate clarity, insight, and peace, in a world filled with distraction and excess stimulation. As a Native New Yorker, Omika finds joy and meaning in working with busy professionals to incorporate stillness and well-being into daily life.
Drawn to holistic well-being during a tumultuous time in her young adult life, Omika has trained in various healing modalities across the US and Asia over the past 10 years. She completed her meditation teacher training with The Shala in Brooklyn, NY; 200-hour yoga teacher training with Nadi Yogi in Austin, TX; and reiki level 2 certification with Aryan Yoga & Reiki Center in Goa, India. Invested in lifelong learning, Omika has sat multiple Vipassana meditation courses in the US and Asia, and has attended Guru Shishya teachings by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse Rinpoche in India.
