Dr. Carson Judkins, PT, DPT, PRPC, CYT blends her expertise in physical therapy with her background as a yoga and meditation teacher, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. Carson specializes in integrating postural alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement to help her patients:
