Join IFS Therapist Carie McCoy as she facilitates a 7-week workshop introducing folx to the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Develop the skills to create your own daily IFS practice. Learn more about how Self energy is already showing up in your life and get to know the Parts that make up your own internal family.
Focus of sessions~
~ Discover ways Self energy is already showing up in your life
~ Meet your Parts
~ Foster internal Self-to-Parts relationships
~ Explore ways your Parts communicate with you
~ Discover ways you can engage with your Parts on a daily basis
(and why this is helpful)
~ Learn what to do when two or more Parts want different things
~ Practice speaking for Parts rather than from Parts
~ Instruction, individual work, and group discussion
~ Q & A to help you build a personal practice that works for you
7 weekly 2-hour group meetings
Thursdays from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Carie McCoy is a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) specializing in trauma informed life transitions. She is an EMDR and IFIO trained IFS Therapist, a Usui Tradition Reiki Master Teacher, and a healing arts practitioner/teacher.
Carie McCoy received her IFS Level 3 training from Dick Schwartz and is currently an IFS Certification candidate.
